We supply Six sets of plans consisting of up to Sixteen plans per set depending on the home design selected. We also supply Six sets of Specifications consisting of Six to Eight pages to include with your home design. Please indicate your selection when ordering. |

Included in your Design Package is a list of materials required to complete your home. However, due to the differences associated with other locations of construction from the Sunshine Coast, some materials listed may not be required and therefore it is only offered as a guide.
