Renters are
forking out more and more of their weekly earnings just to pay for a
roof over their heads on the Sunshine Coast.
Research
shows the cost of renting a property on the Sunshine Coast has almost
doubled in the past 12 months, and the number of properties for rent
is increasing. This follows a nation-wide trend of rising rents
spurred on by the housing boom, according to the Housing Industry
